FULFILLMENT
All Cvet Préri collection pieces are made-to-order. Please allow up 3 weeks after purchase date for production before shipment.
SHIPPING
All in-stock styles (including vintage items) will be processed within 1-3 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Standard shipping does not include insurance. We are not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping. The risk of lost or missing packages will pass to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier. The customer is responsible for filing any claim with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders may incur additional import duties and taxes at customs depending on the country you reside. The customer is responsible for the payment of these additional fees. We must abide by all international import/export laws and therefore cannot change the value of an order on commercial invoices. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.
TAXES
Residents of Missouri will pay a state tax on their purchase of 4.225%.
RETURNS
Please request a return for store credit within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days of receipt, all sales are final.
All discounted items are final sale.

HEALTH/SAFETY
Within our private studio we are closely following all guidelines from the CDC. This includes frequent hand washing and regular disinfecting of surfaces. All employees have opted to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
